Our cannoli are made the old-world way—just as you would find in a pasticceria in Sicily.
Each shell is hand-fried to a deep golden crisp, light and delicate with that signature snap. We never pre-fill our cannoli. Instead, we prepare our filling fresh using smooth, creamy ricotta, lightly sweetened and perfectly balanced—never heavy, never overly sugary.
Every order is carefully packed with the shells and cream kept separate, so you can enjoy them the way they were meant to be: freshly filled, crisp, and absolutely perfect.

Care & Assembly Instructions
To preserve quality and freshness, your cannoli are shipped with shells and cream filling packaged separately.
Storage:
- Keep ricotta cream refrigerated upon arrival
- Store shells at room temperature in a dry, airtight container
- Do not refrigerate shells (this can cause them to lose their crispness)
Assembly (Best Just Before Serving):
- Fill a pastry bag (or use the provided container) with the ricotta cream
- Pipe cream into both ends of the shell until filled to the center
- Dust with powdered sugar or add toppings as desired
- Serve immediately after filling for the perfect crisp texture
Shelf Life:
- Cream: best within 3–5 days refrigerated
- Shells: best within 5–7 days stored properly
- Once filled, cannoli should be enjoyed right away
